The Trickster
Is here.
Listen to the breeze,
Dance with the wind,
Don't think folly isn't right,
I would think you're mad.
Dance with the wind,
Don't think folly isn't right,
I would think you're mad.
What a bore. Was the thought of the ebony stallion that stood under a large tree that sprung from the rolling meadows around him. His 'new' terra seemed under developed in description at times, other times it was lonely with nothing to do. He was the type to cause trouble and maybe even mayhem if he could sneak that in. He was restless in his folly to roam around, he had his herd lands to make sure others wouldn't underestimate him because of rank. But being alone in it was boring. A few cliffs could be dangerous, but they were off in a section that he would go only when needed. The only water source was from a magnificent waterfall and the river it breed from the cliffs. The river drifted through a quarter or less of the land. It had currents and such, he was sure if he got up onto the cliffs, that he could make a lake by making boulders fall down and rolling to block the river, but hey. Why do that when he could be doing other things? Pulse he didn't need to do that at all. It could just cause a flood.
He snorted softly as a breeze stirred up and blew his locks from his crown softly. It was like it was inviting him to dance with it as it swirled around his body and legs. So why not dance with it, he didn't care if someone saw him. He didn't mind if they thought if he was crazy, just an advantage if they did.
With that he flicked his tail hard down and bowed to seemingly no one. Though he could feel the breeze and the currents in the breeze move. Gust and puffs of air happened at time. He brought himself gracefully up and pawed the grass softly before stomping his right front hoof down on it and taking a step forward. He swept the hoof that was farthest from him back and did a troting twirl; The wind blowing his mane and tail to make it look graceful and stunning if you view it.
He finished the short dance with a might rear that was touched with grace as he swept down back to the earth and then dipped his head before looking around him with an amused face. The grass around him was a bit flatter than the grass that he didn't touch. His mane was in laced strands and his tail blew in the wind that had come up.
Eventually the wind went back to a breeze, and he wasn't as bored anymore. Though he hardly had a sweat, you couldn't really see one on his ebony pelt.
